Shipping Policy

- Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday ONLY.  Processing takes between 1-4 business days or less. Once your order is processed, your order will be shipped out.

-Once your order is ready to be shipped.. It make take up to 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update in their system and up to a week for your order to arrive to you. 

Orders placed on the weekend and Holidays are processed on the following business day. Orders placed on Holiday or Sale weekends are subject to a 24 hour processing period from the next business day. 

- If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed.

- Any package returned due to insufficient or incorrect address will be refunded. Addresses are not manually entered, therefore the address applied at checkout will be the same address on the shipping label. MÓIR Co is not responsible for any stolen packages after delivery of packages and it is not our responsibility to pay out once the package was delivered to the address given.

- If you received an email that your package was delivered and you have not yet received your package, please contact your local USPS Post Office or Carrier that delivered your package.

- If your package is being held for pick-up at your local USPS Post Office, or other Carrier, you can use your tracking link sent by MÓIR Co to retrieve your package.

- If your package is being held for pick-up and you are on a quarantine lockdown, please contact your local USPS Post Office/Carrier and wait to retrieve your packages, for your safety.

 FREE STANDARD U.S. SHIPPING ON ORDERS $60.00

With a minimum purchase of $60 or more at moircandle.com, shipping is no cost to you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING currently is not supported please email us if you would like us to consider your address location in the future and we will update you once we begin to ship in your location in the future.

When we begin Shipping for International orders the shipping is calculated based on weight at check out. All international shipments are subject to customs/duties charges. We are not responsible for any hold up arrival times due to customs/ border policy and procedures.
