STORE CREDIT | RETURN POLICY

We hope you may love all items purchased however we know there maybe special circumstances that may occur because items are handcrafted made to order we do not have a money back refund policy, however we do offer (store credit) must be approved first by management team at MÓIR.

All shipping returns back to MÓIR  is the customers financial responsibility.  

Please make sure to please let us know your concern immediately within 14 days for APPROVAL TO ACCEPT THE RETURN.

There is a 10% restocking fee and the customer must pay the $8.00 return shipping fee if there is an approval.

Item must not be used and upon approval your store credit is good for 6 months of date APPROVED.

We are also unable to cancel any orders and refund but if you need to reach us feel free to 863-800-2074.

If you have a problem with any item purchased please contact customer service (immediately) by email moircandleco@gmail.com or phone at 1-863-800-2074.  We have a 14-day store credit policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to (request) a store Credit's approval.  

To be eligible for a Store Credit please read what items are eligible for APPROVED Store Credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a store credit return, you can contact us at moircandleco@gmail.com. If your store credit return is accepted, we’ll send you a link to pay for the return to be sent back to us..after payment of return label has been paid from customer, you will receive a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products and other skincare items or body products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Store Credit Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded a store credit or e-gift card.
